Pricing and Payments
All prices listed are in AUD and exclusive of GST.
Videography and onsite filming days must be paid Cash on Delivery (COD) on the day of service.
The first month of social media management must be paid in full before the commencement of services.
Payment for ongoing social media management is due on the last day of each month.
Onsite Filming and Photography Days
Onsite filming and photography days are only priced as part of a package.
If onsite filming or photography is booked outside of a package, the standard rate is $2689 + GST per day.
Businesses, individuals, or entities under ongoing management with Boorloo Digital can opt for additional onsite filming or photography days at the package filming day rate at any time.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of one full calendar month’s written notice is required for cancellation of any service.
If notice is given during the month, the client is required to complete and pay for the following month of service.
Deposits for videography and content creation are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Revisions and Edits
Packages include 2 rounds of revisions per post.
Any additional revisions will be charged at $50 + GST per edit.
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of content delivery to be eligible for inclusion in the agreed rounds.
For graphics and branding packages, revisions beyond the advertised number will be quoted individually based on the complexity of the changes requested.
Ownership and Copyright
All content created by Boorloo Digital will remain the property of Boorloo Digital until full payment for the service is received.
Once payment is made in full, ownership of the final content will be transferred to the client.
Any stock images, templates, or third-party resources used will remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their licensing agreements.
Boorloo Digital & Boorloo Group Pty Ltd hold rights to display all footage and content as marketing material/collateral.
Branding and Content Creation Responsibility Disclaimer
Boorloo Digital (Boorloo Group Pty Ltd) will use its skills, knowledge, experience, strategies, and tools to create branding, content, or media that reflects the client’s business identity and goals.
Boorloo Digital takes no accountability or liability for the client’s dissatisfaction with the branding or content after completion or for any financial losses, including lost income, related to the use of the branding or content.
The client acknowledges that branding, content, and creative media are subjective processes and accepts the outcomes as the product of professional expertise and collaboration.
Client Platform Access and Responsibility
Boorloo Digital is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or non-performance resulting from the client’s failure to provide access to necessary management platforms or tools required to complete the agreed work.
In the event that Boorloo Digital loses access to relevant management platforms or accounts owned by the client (e.g., social media accounts, websites, CRMs), the client will remain fully liable for payment as per the agreed terms.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and promptly granting Boorloo Digital the necessary access to perform contracted services.
Liability and Accountability
Boorloo Digital is not liable for any damages, financial losses, or disruptions arising from the use of content, branding, or media services provided.
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of content or branding materials.
Boorloo Digital will not be held accountable for delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen events outside of its control, such as equipment failure, technical issues, or force majeure events.
Corporate Videography and Photography Deliverables
Boorloo Digital will use professional-grade equipment and techniques to deliver high-quality media as specified in the project agreement.
Deliverables, such as edited photos, videos, or raw footage, will be provided within the agreed timeframe.
The client is responsible for providing clear project briefs and timely feedback to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Social Media Management Commitment
Social media management services require a minimum 6-month commitment.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all 6-month contracts will automatically continue on a rolling month-to-month basis at the agreed rate until the client provides a full calendar month's written notice of cancellation.
Onsite Packages and Regional Pricing
All onsite packages are priced for Perth, Western Australia (metro area).
Any regional or national requirements will be subject to individual pricing, which is not displayed on the website.
Force Majeure
Boorloo Digital will not be held responsible for any delays, disruptions, or inability to perform services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or changes to platform policies.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to mediation under Australian law.
